TAG delivers personal lines reporting services to include Standard and High-value dwelling inspections. Our process involves homeowner interviews, site inspections, and acquisition of construction documentation (if available). The gathered information is presented in a customizable report and is used for input into a software tool for calculation of an accurate replacement cost value that is based on local market conditions; including contractor rates, material costs, and labor costs. TAG’s professional staff will also convey potential perils that may increase the likelihood of losses; such as earthquake, brush/forest fires, flood, wind, and snow load. Additional information documented includes local fire department ISO protection class ratings and distance from the nearest fire department, public fire hydrant availability, and unique dwelling hazards (e.g., public nuisance or strict liability hazards such as vicious dog breeds).
